Jamy allows the knowledge of healing, energy psychology,
intuition and bodywork to inspire her spiritual vocation.
Each session is a balance of deep conversation and energy therapy.


Hawaiian Huna Healing ignited Jamy's interest in energy, spirituality and healing. When the 16th Karmapa initiated her into the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, Jamy recognized a deep spiritual longing fulfilled.

Jamy began her formal study of the Energy Medicine in 1989 as a student then faculty member of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and has expanded her learning over the past 20 years with teachers such as  Bert Hellinger and  Ralph Metzner.  She has co-created and taught LichtArbeit (LightWork) seminars with the Integra Institute in Hamburg and Munich, Germany. Jamy holds a Master's degree in Holistic Counseling and Psychology from Lesley University.

Sessions can include holistic counseling, hands on healing, Hellinger's Constellation Method, or Metzner's Alchemical Divination. The Constellation Approach, is a method to find hidden entanglements within one's family of origin or current family and relationships that keep us from living our lives fully. Alchemical Divination assists in awakening  intuition through intention for healing the past or accessing guidance for the future.

Jamy meets with individuals as well as couples in her private practice. She and her husband Peter co-facilitate seminars and learning programs in the Constellation Approach.  They are both graduates of the Bert Hellinger Institute, USA.

Holistic Counseling sessions may be scheduled for 60 minutes

Holistic Counseling & Energy Healing sessions may be scheduled for 75 or 90 minutes

Private Individual Constellation Approach sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes

Amethyst Opening sessions are scheduled for 3 hours
